Payment Policy
Credit card details are required to secure your booking.
Payment for all accommodation must be made in full on the day of departure (if not already done so). Overdue/recovery charges may be made if your account is not paid on time.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made up to 7 days before the booked date incur no charges (14 days in peak periods). Thereafter, the deposit may be retained. Cancellations with less than 48 hours notice may result in the total amount for the booked accommodation being charged.
Other
No visitors are allowed in rooms after 10pm. Any damage to the room or property may be charged, plus a charge for any resultant loss of income if applicable.
Smoking is not allowed in any of the designated 'No Smoking' rooms and areas of the property. If you do smoke, then you may be charged appropriate cleaning and loss of income charges.
Pets permitted by prior arrangement only. Small dogs allowed inside with own bed. Not allowed on furniture or in bedrooms.
No use of hairy dye in the units.
NEW YEARS EVE - RHYTHM & VINES SPECIAL POLICIES:
A compulsory $100 cleaning fee will be charged to every booking.
Units are charged per person using the premises/facilities regardless of whether sleeping there or not. Arrangements can be made for friends from Baywatch wanting to shower, relax and use the facilities for the day - $20 per person.
In consideration of other guests, noise is to be kept to a minimum after 10pm. Repeat offenders may be evicted.
